Excel Community Management was built by Rudy Thompson, a Colorado Springs native through and through. Rudy grew up in this city, raised his family here, and built lasting relationships rooted in trust and accountability and over the years experienced success in variety of industries, most notably in the construction trades—spending nearly 20 years as a licensed general contractor. His experience extends beyond construction, bringing a well-rounded business perspective shaped by hands-on leadership, operational management, and a deep understanding of service-driven industries. He knows how things are built, what they cost, and what it takes to protect them—while also understanding the importance of strong communication, financial stewardship, and long-term planning in every community he serves.
