Jessica Walker is the Managing Director at Dorman Association Management and has worked in the community association management industry since 2011. With over a decade of experience, she has managed a wide range of communities — from high-rise condominiums and large-scale single-family developments to townhomes, commercial associations, and metropolitan districts.

Jessica has served on the Board of Directors for the Southern Colorado Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) for multiple years, including a term as Chapter President. During her tenure, she helped the organization grow from 150 members to more than 300, strengthening education, engagement, and collaboration among industry professionals across the region.

As a Colorado Springs native, Jessica is connected to her community and passionate about elevating standards of service within the HOA industry. Outside of work, she enjoys trail running, hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding in the Colorado outdoors.
