Jourdan has 15 years of experience in the community association management industry and has managed a wide range of communities, spanning from large-scale developments to condominium and townhome associations. Jourdan brings additional perspective from her background in electrical contracting, along with strong project management and coordination skills she applies to the communities she manages.

Jourdan is passionate about the human element of association living, focusing on building strong communities, fostering connection, and navigating challenges through clear, effective communication. She is known for her thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach and ability to balance operational needs with resident experience.

She has served on committees for the Community Association Managers International Certification Board and the Community Associations Institute.

In her free time, Jourdan enjoys Scrabble tournaments, visiting fish hatcheries across Colorado, and supporting local live music in Colorado Springs.
